great fitness center

Amazing place with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a great fitness center. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my car keys during my first stay. I highly recommend it!

We ate at a good restaurant for the breakfast. The location was absolutely perfect and very convenience, just a short walk away from an eight - storey market. Plus, it was near an underground station and the rooms were brand-new and generous sized.

The proximity to the Ratchathewi BTS station makes it super convenient for exploring the city, easy to access without stepping outside. The spacious lobby, though often busy, provides a decent atmosphere for gatherings before heading out.

The room felt quite outdated, with furnishings from another era that could use a refresh. Despite requests, housekeeping missed basic tasks like flushing the toilet, leading to an uncomfortable stay. Noise seeped in from the hallway. The air conditioning struggled to adjust, leaving the room uncomfortably chilly. Some rooms lack a view, and the lighting could be better, unwelcoming environment.

I loved chilling by the pool and indulging in a relaxing massage at the wellness center. The only downside was the slight delay during check-in, but it didn't take away from the good vibes of the whole trip 😊

Excellent location, connected to a BTS station (great in thunderstorms) and only one stop away from Siam/MBK for shopping. Also easy to get to from the airport - fast train to Phaya Thai (15 mins) and then transfer to the BTS, one stop away. Hotel lobby and common areas are a bit dated but the rooms are great for the price. Gym was excellent, overlooks one of the two pools which are nice though a tad small. Recommended for people who want to be close to shopping. I'd probably stay elsewhere if looking for tourist sites or luxury.

We enjoyed the outdoor pool and even caught a fantastic cabaret show. The hotel is in a great location, super easy to get around. Just a heads up, some amenities might be a hit or miss, so check in advance.

Service was a bit lacking at times, especially when I had trouble getting assistance from the front desk.
